Summer Ceviche Recipe

-1 lb fresh tuna

-1 mango

-1 large cucumber

-1/2 cup onion

-2 tomatoes

-1 avocado (added last)

-liquid aminos

-lime

-salt

-pepper

-cilantro

1. Cut tuna into bite size cubes, marinate with liquid aminos, salt, pepper, lime and place in fridge for 30 min

2. Chop and mix mango, cucumber, tomato, onion, salt, pepper, lime

3. Combine everything in a big bowl and top with sliced avocado and cilantro

4. Enjoy over rice, with tortilla chips, or straight out of the bowl!
