Longevity is Growing!
Exciting News!
We welcomed our third Physical Therapist to the Longevity team, Dr. Christina Laurens, PT, DPT in March! Christina earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Old Dominion University, and her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science at North Carolina Wesleyan College, where she was a four-year member of the volleyball team. She is passionate about delivering expert care through a holistic, individualized approach. In her free time, Christina loves to travel, spend time with her family and her beloved golden retriever.
Longevity is expanding into the Kaizen Wellness Center! This space is going to be incredible for our community… bringing together functional medicine, massage therapy, mental health, and physical therapy — all under one roof. I named our business Longevity Institute of Virginia because it’s always been my dream to be part of something like this. A space where we can take a truly multidisciplinary approach to health and support the body from all the angles it needs to achieve real, lasting wellness.
To now be stepping into that vision alongside this team is incredibly special.
When we’re all in one place, everything gets better:
→ Collaboration
→ Continuity of care
→ Ease of access
→ And most importantly… the experience for YOU
And what an amazing opportunity to partner with Kaizen Athletics — a community that already embodies growth, strength, and showing up for yourself every single day.
These women are truly so inspiring, and I feel so grateful to be part of what’s being built here.
This is what the future of health looks like… and we’re just getting started.
